Terms of Use: What This Site Is Responsible For
A short document, because the scope is short. This portal publishes information; it does not run a gambling service, and the distinction defines everything below.
cazeus.biz is an independent publication about the Cazeus platform. It is not the operator, holds no player funds and administers no accounts.
1. What this document covers
These terms apply to the use of cazeus.biz as a website. They do not govern any account, balance, promotion or bet on the Cazeus platform. Those are covered exclusively by the contract a player accepts with the operator at registration, and where the two ever appear to conflict, the operator's own terms are the ones that bind a player's money.
2. Who may use the site
The material is written for adults of eighteen or over. It assumes a reader capable of making an informed decision about gambling and is not intended for minors, nor for anyone who has excluded themselves from gambling or is receiving help for it. Anyone in that position will find the relevant material under self-exclusion rather than in the guides.
3. The nature of the information
Everything published here is general information drawn from public sources: the operator's own published terms, game supplier documentation and material issued by the competent Slovenian authorities. 4. The legal position of online gambling in Slovenia
This is stated in full because it determines what recourse a reader has. Slovenia keeps online gambling effectively closed. A concession for online games of chance may be granted only to a company established in Slovenia, which is why the licensed online offer here comes in practice from Loterija Slovenije and from the Casino Portorož and HIT group. Cazeus holds no Slovenian concession. Supervision of games of chance, and the blocking of unlicensed domains, is carried out by FURS, the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
The consequence is that a dispute with Cazeus is not adjudicated by a Slovenian regulator. A player's recourse is the operator's own complaints procedure and, beyond it, the authority that issued the operator's own licence. This portal does not publish a licence number for the operator: those details belong in the operator's own footer and should be verified in the relevant regulator's public register before a deposit is made. 5. Taxation
Winnings from games of chance are taxable income in Slovenia. The applicable rules, thresholds and current rates are published by FURS and should be read there. This site deliberately publishes no rate and no threshold of its own, because an out-of-date figure on a casino guide is worse than none at all.
6. Links and commercial relationships
The site contains partner links to the operator, and it may be paid a commission when a reader follows one and opens an account. This is described openly under affiliate disclosure. Following such a link creates a relationship between the reader and the operator, not between the reader and this portal, and the operator's terms apply from that point.
7. Limits of liability
The site is published in good faith and reviewed when the operator changes its terms or the regulatory picture moves, but no guarantee is given that every detail is current at the moment of reading. Decisions about depositing, playing or claiming a promotion are the reader's own. This portal accepts no responsibility for losses arising from gambling, from an operator's decision about an account, or from reliance on a figure that has changed since publication.
8. Intellectual property and changes
The text on this site is its own work and may not be republished wholesale. Brand names, logos and game titles belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
