Support: Getting a Useful Answer at the First Attempt

Most unresolved support cases are unresolved because the opening message contained an emotion rather than a transaction reference. This page is about writing the other kind.

cazeus.biz is an independent portal. It has no access to any account and cannot intervene with the operator on a reader's behalf.

What this site can and cannot do

The distinction matters enough to state before anything else. This portal explains how the platform works; it does not run it. There is no account here to look up, no balance to check, no document to review and no way to escalate anything internally. Every question about a specific account, payment or promotion belongs with the operator's own support team, which is the only party with visibility into it. What this page can usefully do is describe how to approach that team so that the first reply is a substantive one.

The channels and what each suits

ChannelBest forLimitation
Live chatQuick operational questions and status checksNot a durable record unless the transcript is saved
EmailAnything involving documents, payments or a disputeSlower, and the reply arrives on the operator's schedule
In-account messagesNotices tied to a specific account actionOnly visible while the account is accessible
Help centre articlesStandard procedures and limitsGeneral text, not a decision about your case

Which of these exist on any given day is the operator's decision and visible in the account. This guide does not publish telephone numbers or hotlines, because inventing one would be worse than useless.

The anatomy of a message that gets answered

  1. State the account identifier and the registered email address.
  2. Give the exact amount in euros, the date and the time.
  3. Name the payment method and quote the transaction reference.
  4. Describe what was expected and what actually happened, in two sentences.
  5. Attach the screenshot of the cashier or the error, not a description of it.
  6. Ask one specific question, and ask for the answer in writing.

Keep the record from the beginning

A complaint is only as strong as the evidence gathered before anybody realised there was a complaint. Save transaction confirmations, cashier screenshots and every reply from support in one place, with dates. If a chat is used, save the transcript at the end of the conversation rather than trusting that it will still be there next week. Should the matter escalate, that folder is what the procedure under complaints is built on, and the difference between a case and an assertion.

Where support ends

It is worth being clear about the limit of the operator's own process. Cazeus holds no Slovenian concession, since a concession for online games of chance can be granted only to a company established in Slovenia, which in practice means Loterija Slovenije and the Casino Portorož and HIT group. FURS supervises the sector and blocks unlicensed domains but does not act as an ombudsman between a player and a foreign operator. When support has given its final answer, the remaining address is the regulator that issued the operator's own licence, named in the operator's footer. Common subjects of support cases are covered under withdrawals, registration and bonus terms; for account limits or a break from play, see self-exclusion.

Common questions

Does this site answer questions about an account?
It cannot. cazeus.biz is an independent guide with no access to accounts, balances, documents or transactions. Anything concerning a specific account has to go to the operator's own support, which is the only party that can see it.
Is support available in Slovenian?
Generally not. English is the working language of most international platforms, and Slovenian is rarely offered. That is worth knowing before a dispute arises, since a complaint has to be written in a language the operator handles.
What information should accompany a first message?
The account identifier, the exact amount, the timestamp, the payment method and any transaction reference, plus a screenshot of what the cashier displayed. A message containing those five things gets a substantive reply; one without them produces a request for them.
Why insist on written answers rather than a chat conversation?
Because a chat window is not evidence and is often not retrievable later. Asking for the reply by email, or saving the transcript, creates a record that a complaint can be built on if the matter escalates.
